Unlike most of the Real Estate web sites, this web site was designed from the ground up to present you the most information available, the fastest way possible. We do not make you look at pages and pages of property in which you are not interested. Why look at an empty lot when you want a house? We show you all the properties we can on one page. Then we let you, the buyer, select which properties you want to look at, quickly and easily. This website works quickly if you are on a dialup and screams on broadband. This is the most important button and also the most common. We have provided an e-mail link for each and every property. The information we present here is just the tip of the iceberg for the amount of information you need to make the right choice. One simple click of a button and you can obtain all the information possible on any of these properties. Your REALTOR_® has many years of experience in all facets of Real Estate.

Sorting The Data.

You can sort the data in the tables by just clicking on the column titles. The default sort is ascending by price. To sort by the area or the MLS number, just click on the title at the top of the table.

Sort Order

This button reverses the sort order. When the arrow is pointing up, then the sort order is from lowest to highest. When the arrow is pointing down, then the sort order is from highest to lowest. This button appears next to the column that is being sorted.

Sorting by MLS(Multiple Listing Service)

This button sorts both the selected and unselected properties by the MLS number. Typically, a desirable property that is offered at market value will not be in the MLS system very long. A REALTOR_® can help you find the very best property suited to your needs before it gets sold to someone else.

Sorting by Asking Price

This button sorts both the selected and unselected properties by the Asking Price. The more desirable the property, the higher the value. A property priced right on the market typically will sell very quickly.

Sorting by Area

This button sorts both the selected and unselected properties by the Area. There is an old saying that Real Estate professionals have used from Day One; "Location, Location, Location." This is a major determining factor for the value of a piece of property. The Equal Housing Opportunity Act (EHO) guarantees every buyer an equal chance at trying to buy any property.

Sorting by Number of Bedrooms

This button sorts both the selected and unselected properties by the number of Listed Bedrooms. This can be one of the most misleading values that is provided. This number should be the number of finished rooms that provide emergency exit. Not all properties are correctly listed. This value also does not provide the amount of closet space nor the amount of unfinished space that can be possibly converted into safe and comfortable sized bedrooms. Only you can decide if a bedroom is large enough, the closet space suitable, the emergency exits feasible. Your REALTOR_® has many years' worth of experience judging the available space in a piece of property and can help you make a decision that is right for you.

Sorting by Number of Bathrooms

This button sorts both the selected and unselected properties by the number of Listed Bathrooms. This is another very misleading value. This number is the number of finished bathrooms. This value also does not provide the amount of linen storage, nor if the property can have another bathroom economically added. This value also does not also rate the capability of the existing plumbing. Only you can decide if the number of bathrooms and condition of the plumbing supports your needs. Although your REALTOR_® is not an expert in the plumbing profession, or an engineer, he has many years' worth of experience with plumbing and plumbing problems and can help you ask the experts the right questions so you can make a decision that is right for you.

Sorting by Number of Acres

This button sorts both the selected and unselected properties by the number of Acres. This number can also be misleading. 1 acre on the side of a mountain or in a wetland or in many other places and conditions can greatly affect the value of a piece of property. The shape of the property and access to and from the property are also not included in this value. Your REALTOR_® can help you find the exact location, size and many other geological factors that can affect the property.

Sorting by Total Square Feet

This button sorts both the selected and unselected properties by the number of total square feet. This value alone can be quite misleading. Does the property have enough closet space, kitchen cabinets and dining space. Again only the buyer can decide if the house is right for him/her. Even a brand new home, built just for you might not meet all your needs.

Sorting by Basement

This button sorts both the selected and unselected properties by the existence of a basement. The existence of a basement does not mean extra storage or living space. There are many variables that can affect the usability of a lower level. From the location and serviceablity of the furnace and water heater to geological considerations. The buyer must determine if everything is proper. Again, your REALTOR_® can help you ask the right questions and contact the experts.

Sorting by Garage Capacity.

This button sorts both the selected and unselected properties by the garage capacity. Depending on your planned use for this space, a garage can be exactly what a buyer wants or more trouble that it is worth. Shape, condition, the number of cars that can be parked, the size of the vehicle and type of vehicle can all be determining factors. Campers, boats, travel trailers, motorcycles can all present questions of concern.

Sorting by Style of House.

This button sorts both the selected and unselected properties by the Style of House. This has to be the easiest variable to consider when purchasing a property. Remember to think not just of today, but the entire time you plan on owning this property and also the resale possiblity of the property. Add to this everything that is in the walls, over your head, under the floors and the surrounding land. Your REALTOR_® is accustomed to considering all the variables that can affect the value and use of a property.
